Baker Wilson Davies is a well-established law firm based in Southern Tasmania.

Since 1982 the firm has been providing legal services to members of the local community as well as interstate clients who require legal representation in Tasmania.

Until April 2017 the firm was a partnership between business owners Roger Baker and Rosie Wilson, long time Huon Valley residents. In April 2017, Rosie retired from the partnership and worked as a consultant to the firm. Rosie sadly passed away in October 2018.

The firm is currently operated by company Baker Wilson Davies Lawyers Pty Ltd. Tim Davies is a sole director. Roger was a director up until September 2021 (when he moved out of this role as part of his transition to retirement). They both live and work in the Huon Valley. Roger retired from full-time practice as from 1 October 2022. He will continue to practice as a consultant in a limited capacity to complete some of his ongoing matters.

We believe in contributing to the local community in which we operate and support a number of community-based organisations with pro bono advice and guidance with respect to legal issues and practical considerations.
