Roger retired from the firm on 1 October 2022, having enjoyed a 40 year career specialising in Personal Injury claims, Medical Negligence, Building Disputes, Family Law and Police matters. Bonney now practices in most of these areas. Roger may from time-to-time work in a limited advisory role to the firm, but subject always to his exciting retirement plans.

Phil retired as a full time lawyer from the firm at the end of December 2020, having worked for over 25 years as a lawyer in Tasmania. He specialised in property transactions, conveyancing, small business advice, business sales and leases, wills and estates. Tim, Joshua and James now assist many of Phil’s previous clients in these matters. Phil from time-to-time assists the firm with his expertise, subject to his busy retirement schedule.
